The hotel was very impressive, sparkling clean and beautifully designed. The reception is stunning and after a very long drive it was wonderful to be met by such a friendly and warm member of staff, I can’t remember her name but she was amazing. She was very helpful with providing free charging for my car overnight, which meant I had an extra hour of drive time in the morning and could continue on my way. The room was so comfortable and the bed was a dream, the hotel is advertised as dog friendly, and they definitely made my fur baby very welcome. Breakfast was lovely, great selection and I liked that the eggs and bacon were cooked freshly when you asked rather than left on display in a big tray. Restaurant was very clean and there were many comfortable seats to choose from. I highly recommend this place, my drive was from uk to Seville, and this was a great stopover. The room was also so quiet so I slept like a baby.

staff were very helpful and most of them spoke better English than i did French so that was great. lovely facility, close to Futuroscope theme park (walking distance) should have left the car in the hotel and walked to the park to save on the parking (10 euro) at the park. Breakfast was lovely and hotel was very modern and stylish.

The hotel is a short walk from Futuroscope - about 15 minutes. This was also our goal for the trip to Poitiers. We communicated with the hotel that we would arrive earlier than the regular check-in time of 15:00 so that could enjoy our visit to Futuroscope. This was arranged for by the hotel, and our room was already available at 13:00 which was highly appreciated. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Wifi worked without problems. The hotel pool is very nice especially since it was very hot (30 C).

Plenty of breakfast still available at 09:40 ... Mini-golf. Able to book a table for dinner a day in advance, and then bring the booking forward when we arrived earlier than expected. Connecting rooms for a family of five.

Did not have breakfast. The hotel was excellent in both facilities and room comfort. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Location was perfect for our requirements.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Food was tasty and reasonably priced. Catered well for my children with Coeliac Disease who needed gluten free. Gluten free Bread was available for breakfast on request and we we given an allergy menu to check other items. The pool was small but lovely. We enjoyed a round of the free crazy golf before checking out.

Close to futuroscope- 5/10min walk with a yellow line just outside entrance that takes you there (handy for walking back too), lots of entertainment for children- games room that you pay for tokens to use and free crazy golf and swimming pool which is a good size and not too deep for little ones. Rooms clean and functional. Friendly staff.

We really enjoyed our room, it was clean and tidy and quiet. Also great it had a large window to get the fresh evening air in. The front desk staff was great, and even helped us cancel a booking we’d made by mistake. So appreciated! The whole place, apart from the pool, is clean and well kept.

Location is amazing and good car parking. Clean, modern, friendly reception staff and also dog friendly. Breakfast good selection (continental, )ample choices. Chilled water dispensers on all floors, comfy beds.
